Welcome to Overflow Sanctuary. By accessing our website, enrolling in classes, purchasing memberships, or buying merchandise, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

These guidelines exist to hold a clear, respectful, and intentional container for our community.

Classes & Memberships

We offer:

  • In-person dance and movement classes

  • Online membership access

  • Drop-in class options

  • Branded merchandise

Memberships provide access to offerings as described at the time of purchase.

  • Memberships are non-refundable

  • Memberships may be canceled at any time to avoid future charges

  • No refunds or credits are issued for unused time or partial billing periods

Drop-In Classes & Waitlists

Many classes operate with limited capacity to preserve the integrity and safety of the space.

  • A 24-hour cancellation notice is required for all drop-in classes

  • Late cancellations or no-shows forfeit the class fee

  • We operate a waitlist when classes are full

  • Spots are not guaranteed until confirmed

This allows space to be offered to others when available.

Merchandise

  • All merchandise sales are final

  • No refunds are offered

  • Exchanges may be available if inventory permits

  • Items must be unused and in original condition to qualify for exchange

Assumption of Risk

Participation in dance, movement, and wellness practices involves physical exertion and inherent risk.

 

By participating, you acknowledge that:

  • You are voluntarily engaging in physical activity

  • You are responsible for assessing your own physical readiness

  • You agree to consult a medical professional if you have health concerns

 

Participation is at your own risk, as permitted under New York law.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including choreography, videos, class formats, written materials, imagery, branding, and logos — is protected intellectual property.

Changes to Terms
