Offered as an optional add-on after our Signature class. This session invites deep presence and full surrender, using simple prompts to support intuitive, spirit-led movement. A practice of integration and embodiment, allowing what has been opened to move through you and take form in the body. (Included in memberships / Drop-in pricing $10)
